Shipping policy

Everyday Magic ships both throughout the continental United States and to most countries internationally. Please note, international orders are not eligible for free shipping for exchanges and return labels. 

Orders placed on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday will be shipped out the following week during open hours.

Please allow us 2-5 days to process orders.

Everyday Magic is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.

Returns and exchanges

Returns - We accept returns, exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, exchange or for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Any skincare, essential oils, bath products etc. with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged, they are considered final sale.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you intend to return or exchange a product, please reach out to us and let us know within 5 days of receipt.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will then credit your card for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. 

Exchanges - We accept exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To complete your return, exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Important Policies

Merchandise must be received in NEW condition and intact, or we will refuse the return.

We do not accept returns on special orders or sale items.

We will pay the return shipping costs and refund your initial shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

All returns that are deemed damaged, worn or returned outside of the above guidelines are subject to a 10%-40% restocking fee, depending on the devaluation of the item.

Everyday Magic is not responsible for any additional customs charges when shipping internationally. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
