This sweet and spicy homebrew contains a unique blend of botanicals to create not only a cleansing & purifying effect, but also a warmth and protection for the darker months.
This formula is all-natural and more gentle on skin than traditional Florida Water. Due to the natural oil content in fresh citrus, when using on the skin you may feel an initial tackiness which will go away with ~10 seconds of air-drying. These naturally occurring oils help prevent the skin-drying effects experienced with traditional Florida Water.
This autumnal blend includes whole vanilla bean, cinnamon, orange, blood orange, bay leaves, and essential oils.
The aroma is spicy, sweet, and warm.

How to:
Fill a medium pot (~8 cup capacity) with water and pour the entire contents of the pouch into the pot. Bring to a gentle boil and promptly reduce to a simmer.
Adjust temperature as needed. The pot should continuously let off steam but not boil.
Let simmer until the water has almost entirely evaporated. This can take up to ~10 hours depending on the water volume and temperature. You can always turn it off, cover, and continue simmering at another time.
Once the water has evaporated, you can refill and repeat the process. We recommend only refilling it about halfway if you're using a medium to large pot, as too much water will cause the pot to be less fragrant the second time around.

Essences are created by placing a glass or crystal vessel filled with pure water from a natural source (in this case, spring water) near/on/in/under a sacred place or plant to capture its energetic essence. In many cases, nothing physically touches the water at all, but in this case, an oatstraw from within the mouth of the underworld was placed inside the vessel, and the vessel then at the opening of the underworld. The moment of the full moon occurred during this process, culminating in quite a remarkable magical elixir.
To preserve the "mother" (original essence in its most potent form) alcohol is added to the water. It then takes only one drop of the mother to create a full bottle of essence. To create what you find before you, a full dropper (~20 drops) of the mother was placed in each bottle, then diluted with a high-quality Italian vodka.
