Everyday Magic ships both throughout the continental United States and to most countries internationally. Please note, international orders are not eligible for free shipping for exchanges and return labels.
To keep your orders safe, we have adopted 3rd party shipping insurance through Route and will no longer offer combine & ship.
-Orders up to $399 will offer optional insurance in-cart for a small fee.
-Orders of $400+ will be insured by us at no cost to you.
If you would like to have your orders combined (uninsured), please de-select insurance at checkout and email us at support@shopeverydaymagic.com with your combine & ship request.
**please note that If you opt out of insurance, we are not responsible for lost or damaged orders!**
Our processing time is typically 2-5 business days.
We are a small business and occasionally face longer lead-times. If your order is taking longer than expected and you'd like an updated ETA, please email us at support@everydaymagic.com.
We know missing packages can be stressful and we will always do our very best to help in these circumstances. However, Everyday Magic is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed with Route, our insurance provider.
Please note that if you opt-out of the shipping insurance offered in-cart, your order is not protected and is not eligible for reimbursement.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. The only exception is if there is an error in your order - in which case we will work with you to resolve this.
