FAQ
Everyday Magic ships both throughout the continental United States and to most countries internationally. Please note, international orders are not eligible for free shipping for exchanges and return labels.
Our processing time is typically 2-5 buesiness days.
We are a small business and occasionally face longer lead-times. If your order is taking longer than expected and you'd like an updated ETA, please email us at support@everydaymagic.com.
We know missing packages can be stressful and we will always do our very best to help in these circumstances. However, Everyday Magic is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or for store credit, your item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. To request a return, exchange or store credit, please email us at support@shopeverydaymagic.com with your order number. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Crystals, limited edition items, and anything with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you intend to return or exchange a product, please reach out to us and let us know within 5 business days of receipt. DO NOT ship an item back without notifying us first. Doing so may result in forfeiture of your refund.
When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
