Shipping Protection is optional on orders under $500 and required on orders of $500 or more.

If your protected order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund it. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery (or within 45 days of shipping if the package never arrives).

All claims and claim amounts are subject to approval based on sufficient documentation and evidence.

Orders without Shipping Protection are not eligible for a replacement or refund once the package is with the carrier. Everyday Magic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages on unprotected orders.

Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order ships. This does not affect orders we fail to ship or your rights under applicable law.
